On the evening of June 15, 2015, first responders in Fort Wayne, Indiana, were called to the Villages of Hanna Townhouses regarding a report of a person down. Upon arriving at the apartment complex located in the 1600 block of Greene Street just before 10:30 p.m., authorities discovered the unresponsive body of Moniquetres Larissa Martin, a 24-year-old Black and African American female.
