Ruben Villa, a 39-year-old man from Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2025, in what authorities have classified as a homicide. Villa was found in downtown Oxnard at the intersection of H and Second streets around 4:30 a.m., suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
