Joseph Jacquez, a 13-year-old boy from Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2009, as a result of a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred near Roosevelt Avenue and First Street in Oxnard's La Colonia neighborhood. Joseph was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso, abdomen, back, and buttocks.
