Carlos J. Ramirez, a 44-year-old resident of Ventura, California, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2021, in Oxnard, CA. The incident occurred near the Oxnard Performing Arts and Convention Center, where Ramirez was found with gunshot wounds to his neck and torso. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that his death was a result of these gunshot wounds, classifying the case as a homicide.
