Angel Ortiz Ramirez, a 32-year-old father of four from Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life after being shot on the night of April 8, 2017. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. in the 1000 block of King Street. Ramirez was immediately rushed to the Ventura County Medical Center in critical condition, but despite the medical team's efforts, he succumbed to his injuries a few days later.
