Giovanni Vega, a 25-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on December 9, 2016. His body was discovered on the sidewalk in the 200 block of West Vineyard Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The location of his death was notably close to a fire station and a school bus stop, which added to the urgency and gravity of the situation.
