Joseph Manuel Santoyo, a 20-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically passed away on December 1, 2015. Joseph, affectionately known as "Jojo," was born on April 16, 1995, and was deeply loved by his family and friends. He was a high school graduate of the Oxnard Union High School District and had attended the California National Guard Grizzly Youth Academy, where he was recognized for his achievements.
