Juan Bibiano, a 22-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:40 a.m., when Oxnard Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting victim in the area of Seventh Street and Oxnard Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found Bibiano lying in an alley on the south side of Seventh Street, suffering from at least one bullet wound to his torso.
He was immediately transported to Ventura County Medical Center, where he underwent surgery but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
