Salvador Mejia Chavez, an 80-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically passed away on October 3, 2022. His death was the result of a violent incident in which he was shot in the head. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the 700 block of Cooper Road in Oxnard.
