Noe Mosqueda, a 31-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2016. On that fateful evening, Oxnard Police Department officers were dispatched to the 4800 block of Terrace Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Mosqueda inside a nearby residence, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
