Octavio Rocha, 62, a male of Hispanic/Latino ethnicity, was shot and killed on the evening of September 5, 2025, at Del Sol Park in the 1500 block of Camino Del Sol in Oxnard. Police received a 9-1-1 call at approximately 7:50 p.m. and arrived within minutes to find three people with gunshot wounds.
