Elaine Zeigler, a 15-year-old girl from Ohio, was one of the victims of convicted serial killer Billy Mansfield Jr. Her remains were discovered on Mansfield's property in Spring Hill, Florida, in 1981, along with the remains of three other women. Elaine had been missing since December 31, 1975. The discovery of her body, along with the others, marked a significant breakthrough in the investigation into Mansfield's crimes.
