On the evening of Sunday, February 23, 2025, 41-year-old African American male Reginald Sherard Kendrick was found fatally shot in the backyard of a residence in the 1300 block of Ernest Street in Macon, Georgia. Deputies from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call at approximately 7:43 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Kendrick unresponsive with a gunshot wound.
