Ralfeale Lowe, a 36-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on September 11, 2016, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred at the English Avenue Apartments, located at 2336 English Avenue. Bibb County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call just after 4:30 p.m. and found Lowe shot in the chest inside the doorway of one of the apartments. He was immediately taken to the Medical Center, Navicent Health, where he was pronounced dead.
