On the evening of Saturday, April 19, 2025, a house party in Visalia, California turned tragic when 22-year-old Richard Garcia was shot twice in the chest during an argument. The incident occurred just before 10 PM on Road 148, in an area between Visalia and Ivanhoe, near Avenue 320 and 313. Garcia was rushed to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
