Isaac Sotello, 20, was shot on the afternoon of May 29, 2025, during a double shooting in the unincorporated community of Goshen near the intersection of Wellman Avenue and Wolf, just outside Visalia. Deputies arrived to find two victims with gunshot wounds; Isaac Sotello, 20, a male, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, while the second victim survived.
