On February 16, 2025, just before 2 a.m., authorities responded to reports of gunfire in an alleyway near 100 N. Court St. in Downtown Visalia, California. Upon arrival, officers discovered 54-year-old Adolfo Martinez suffering from a gunshot wound. Martinez was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. Detectives immediately launched an investigation into the fatal shooting, seeking assistance from the public to identify any suspects involved.
