Eric David Osborne, a 32-year-old resident of Clovis, California, was tragically shot and killed on January 8, 2014, in Visalia, California. The incident occurred at Whitendale Park, where Osborne and a friend had arranged to meet James Silas Jr. for a marijuana transaction. During the meeting, Silas announced that they were being robbed and subsequently shot Osborne in the head, resulting in his immediate death.
