Evone Vacio, a 24-year-old resident of Visalia, California, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2021, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 198 and Road 156, just outside of Visalia. Vacio was stopped at a red light when a vehicle pulled up beside him, and the driver began shooting into Vacio's car.
