Albert Pena, aged 46, from Visalia, California, passed away on August 14, 2014. His death was the result of a tragic incident involving domestic violence. On the morning of August 14, police responded to a 911 call from a woman reporting that she was being attacked with scissors. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found that the woman had shot Albert Pena in self-defense after he allegedly attacked her.
