In the spring of 2025, the life of Keron Troutman, a 39-year-old Black / African American man from the New Haven, Connecticut area, was tragically cut short. On the evening of April 7th, at approximately 9:50 p.m., gunfire erupted at the intersection of Goffe and Winter streets in New Haven.
