In the early hours of January 30, 2025, a tragedy began to unfold in Tucson, Arizona, that would ultimately cut short the life of 26-year-old Anisa Linette Moreno. A mother of three, with another child on the way, Moreno was a free spirit known for her infectious laughter and caring nature.
