On a summer day in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 59-year-old Ramona Catherine 'Mona' Fernandez, a Hispanic female, was tragically cut short. On June 30, 2024, she was found deceased in a home on West Virginia Street, located near Drexel Road and Nogales Highway.
