In the early hours of a cold December morning in Milwaukee, the life of 37-year-old Tyjuan T. Lee, an African-American male, was tragically cut short. On December 20, 2016, at approximately 12:35 a.m., Milwaukee police were called to the scene of a shooting near the intersection of North 52nd Street and West Center Street. There, they found Lee suffering from a serious gunshot wound.
