The incident occurred in the 700 block of Jasmine Way, a small subdivision off Shades Crest Road. According to law enforcement officials, the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute between Rosalind and her brother, 40-year-old Jonathan Arthur Barclay, who resided at the Hoover home where the incident took place.
