In 2018, Samuel Little, a man with a long history of violence against women, began confessing to a staggering number of murders he had committed across the United States. During interviews with law enforcement, Little admitted to killing both Tracy Lynn Johnson and Alice Taylor. His detailed confessions provided information that only the killer would know, finally bringing a name to the person responsible for the young women's deaths.
Following his confession, the Harrison County Sheriff, Troy Peterson, announced that Samuel Little was being charged with the murders of Tracy Lynn Johnson and Alice Taylor. Little, who was already serving multiple life sentences for other murders, would never face a separate trial for Tracy's death.
