In the summer of 1994, a 37-year-old man named Herman George Brown vanished, leaving behind a life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for reasons that remain unclear. On July 1st of that year, Herman was last seen, not in his hometown, but hundreds of miles away in Memphis, Tennessee.
