On March 24, 1988, 22-year-old Richard Guerrero left his family's home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with the intention of visiting a friend. He never arrived at his destination and was not heard from again. At the time he went missing, Guerrero had only three dollars in cash and was not carrying any form of identification.
