Charles L. McGowan, aged 42, was shot and killed on April 28, 2007, in Kansas City, Missouri. The circumstances surrounding McGowan’s death have yet to be fully resolved, leaving the case classified as an unsolved homicide. McGowan was found with fatal gunshot injuries, and despite the ongoing efforts of the Kansas City Police Department, the case has not yet led to any arrests.
