A 10 year old girl is brutally murdered and left in a ditch in West Chicago, IL
On February 11, 1966, 10-year-old Debbie Fijan was brutally murdered after staying late at her West Chicago elementary school to attend a basketball game. After the game, Debbie waited for her mother to pick her up but disappeared before she arrived. Her body was discovered the next day in a frozen ditch near Lies Road, stabbed 19 times.
