On the early morning of Wednesday, September 20, 1989, a K-9 patrol officer in Nashville, Tennessee, discovered a silver 1985 Chevy Cavalier parked on the side of Clinton Street near 12th Avenue under the I-65 bridge. The driver's side window was partially down, prompting the officer to investigate.
