Artemus Brewer, a man who lived during the late 19th century, was briefly married to Lizzie Halliday, an infamous serial killer. Brewer died in 1881, shortly after his marriage to Halliday. His death remains shrouded in mystery, as Halliday was later suspected of having murdered multiple individuals, including her subsequent husband, Paul Halliday.
