In the autumn of 2002, a visit to his friend's family home in Gary, Indiana, turned tragic for Larry Peaches, a 27-year-old male. On the evening of October 12, Peaches was at the residence of Delores Buchanan with her son, Herman Buchanan, and another friend, Simeon Bradley. The gathering took a fatal turn with the arrival of Herman's cousin, Ronnie Drane.
