Bruce Williams, an 18-year-old African-American male, was among the earliest victims of Ronald Joseph Dominique, a serial killer known as 'The Bayou Strangler.' Williams was murdered in November 1998 in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. His death occurred during the initial phase of Dominique's killing spree, which spanned from 1997 to 2006 and claimed the lives of at least 23 men and boys across southeastern Louisiana .
