In the late spring of 2010, the life of a young New Orleans man with a passion for music was tragically cut short. Donald Royce 'Dizzi' Daniels, a 25-year-old African American male, was shot and killed on Thursday, May 27, 2010. The incident that claimed his life took place in the Desire neighborhood of New Orleans.
