Kelvin Jones, a 20-year-old resident of New Orleans, was fatally shot on May 31, 2017, in the Seventh Ward. The incident took place during the early morning hours when shots were fired at the Willowbrook Apartments on Bundy Road. When police arrived, they discovered Kelvin suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
