Raymond Smith, a 32-year-old African American man, met a tragic end on March 20, 1990, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His life was cut short by one of America's most infamous serial killers, Jeffrey Dahmer. Smith was lured to Dahmer's apartment with the promise of money for sex. Once inside, Dahmer drugged Smith before ultimately taking his life.
