Randell Two Crow, a 48-year-old Native American man, was found dead on December 8, 1998, near Rapid Creek by the East Boulevard bridge in Rapid City, South Dakota. Contemporary accounts place his body in a pool of water along the bank beneath the bridge, one of several bleak discoveries along the creek during that period.
