Randell Two Crow, a 48-year-old Native American man, was found dead on December 8, 1998, near Rapid Creek by the East Boulevard bridge in Rapid City, South Dakota. Contemporary accounts place his body in a pool of water along the bank beneath the bridge, one of several bleak discoveries along the creek during that period. His name would be recited for years afterward in lists of men whose final moments by the water were never fully explained.
