It appears that Nicole Townsend's death is linked to Andre Crawford, a convicted serial killer who operated in Chicago, Illinois, during the 1990s. Andre Crawford was responsible for the murders of 11 women, including Nicole Townsend, between 1993 and 1999. His victims were predominantly women who were vulnerable due to addiction or their involvement in sex work.
