Death by Force

Jontaye Walker, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 26, 2015, in Chicago, IL. Walker was working on his girlfriend's car in the 2200 block of West Thome in West Rogers Park when he was fatally shot. The assailant, later identified as Harvey Pitts, approached Walker in a minivan and opened fire. Walker attempted to flee but was struck multiple times, ultimately succumbing to 12 gunshot wounds at the scene.
