Maria Ramos, a 26-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically murdered on February 5, 1989, in New York City. Her death was a result of strangulation, and her body was found naked and bound at the hands. The case remained unsolved for many years, with police investigating numerous suspects but unable to identify the perpetrator.
