Patrol Victor Pablo Serna

Patrol Officer Victor Pablo Serna, aged 29, of the Laredo Police Department in Texas, tragically lost his life on September 11, 1984. Officer Serna was shot and killed while responding to a disturbance call at around 11:06 p.m. After officers had arrested two suspects, a juvenile began throwing rocks at them.
