Juan Antonio Rocha, a 34-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 18, 2019, in Laredo, Texas. Rocha was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred at the same address on Callaghan Street. The first incident took place around 2 a.m., and the second incident occurred between noon and 12:30 p.m. the same day. Rocha was taken to the hospital after the second shooting but was later pronounced dead.
