Richard Lee Tomlinson, a 34-year-old male, tragically lost his life on April 3, 1995, in Corpus Christi, Texas. The incident occurred at the Walter Rossler Company, a refinery inspection firm, where Tomlinson was employed. On that fateful day, James Daniel Simpson, a 28-year-old former employee of the company, entered the premises armed with a 9mm semiautomatic pistol and a .32-caliber revolver.
