Miguel Rhodes, a 29-year-old man from Corpus Christi, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on December 29, 2019, outside the Weber Square Apartments. According to reports, Rhodes was outside his apartment when he encountered a man attempting to steal his car. An altercation ensued, during which the suspect shot Rhodes multiple times before fleeing the scene in a dark-colored vehicle. Rhodes was taken to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries later that day.
