Eddy Soranaka, a 48-year-old Army veteran, was tragically shot and killed on September 29, 2019, in his home located in the Flour Bluff area of Corpus Christi, Texas. Soranaka, who served in the Army from August 1990 to September 2003, was found with a single gunshot wound to the left side of his chest. The circumstances surrounding his death led to a complex investigation and subsequent legal proceedings.
