Steven Romine, a 59-year-old male, was tragically killed on December 13, 2019, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Romine was one of three victims in a triple homicide that occurred in the Flour Bluff area. The district attorney's office later decided not to seek the death penalty for Lebleu and Dingman. Instead, they were both indicted on charges of capital murder and tampering with evidence. Lebleu's bond was set at $2,052,500, while Dingman's bond was set at $1,555,000.
