Sandra Gaye Scott, a 37-year-old woman from Irving, Texas, tragically died on November 29, 1999. Her body was discovered in a decomposed state along Highway 183 in Irving on March 23, 2000. The Dallas County Medical Examiner determined that she died from homicidal violence. Sandra was last seen on November 19, 1999, at a service station, and her pickup truck was found near her home on December 3, 1999, with all her belongings inside except for her keys.
