Fanny Judith Perez, a 41-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on March 11, 2015, in Irving, Texas. She was killed in a double murder-suicide incident at her home on Rainier Street. The perpetrator, Marvin Rene Lopez Monge, was her estranged common-law husband. Monge, aged 44, also shot and killed Jorge Reynaldo Guevara, 52, who was Perez's boyfriend at the time. After committing the murders, Monge took his own life.
