Death by Force

Anthony Monroe, a 17-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, was fatally shot on March 15, 2009. Monroe was found with a gunshot wound to the head and was immediately taken to Truman Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead on March 16. The tragic incident took place in a neighborhood that had experienced frequent acts of violence during that time. Despite efforts from local authorities, the case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made in connection with Monroe’s death.
